A document on Apple web site states that yesterday september 15 was meant to be the release date for Xcode, Mac OS X’s new development environment. Instead we only got a small Project Builder update for better GCC 3 support.
Also it seems they have scrapped the Jaguar version of Xcode. It is now stated that: «Xcode requires Mac OS X 10.3 or higher.»
I’m a little disappointed. :-(
