Asounding: Duo License
A Duo License can be purchased for $54 in Canadian money. You can use your PayPal account or a credit card (processed via PayPal) to complete the purchase. Contact me if you prefer to send money by check or money order.
Terms
By purchasing a Duo License, the software provider (me) grants permission to the buyer (you) to use the source code of the Asounding Audio Engine in two (2) software title (applications) distributed on the App Store from Apple inc.
This license is bound on purchase to two specific applications, and is valid only for those two applications and their subsequent updates.
The second application (the companion app), if made available, must be distributed for free on the App Store.
Limited Transferability
You can transfer this license to another person when you transfer to that same person the publication rights for both applications this license applies to.
The license is however not transferable to other applications, even if the original applications bound at purchase are no longer published.
Acknowledgments
You agree to acknowledge the use of the Asounding Audio Engine in both applications’ credits or user documentation.

This software is provided “as is” and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the software provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
