Asounding: Publisher License
An Publisher License can be purchased for $176 in Canadian money (the price of four application licenses). You can use your PayPal account or a credit card (processed via PayPal) to complete the purchase. Contact me if you prefer to send money by check or money order.
Terms
By purchasing a Publisher License, the software provider (me) grants permission to the buyer (you) to use the source code of the Asounding Audio Engine in all software titles (applications) made available by one (1) publisher on the App Store from Apple inc.
This license is bound on purchase to one specific publisher, and is valid only for applications made available by this publisher.
Limited Transferability
You can transfer this license to another person when you transfer to that same person the publication rights for all applications this license applies to.
Acknowledgments
You agree to acknowledge the use of the Asounding Audio Engine in the application’s credits or user documentation.
Disclaimer
This software is provided “as is” and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, in no event shall the software provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
